Kim Wilkinson
Kim Wilkinson is the Founder and Facilitator of Empowered Life, She is a Yoga/Meditation Teacher, Trauma/Grief Recovery Coach, Quantum Hypnosis Healing Practitioner, Energy Healer and Retreat Leader. After her 22 year old son Tristin died of overdose in 2019, Kim dove deeper into her practices and into Spirituality and not only found powerful transformational healing, but she also found a new connection with the Spirit World. Kim has studied under Sadhguru, Dr. Gabor Mate, Dolores Cannon, the Inca Medicine School and many other experts in the Industry of Health and Healing.
Kim is passionate about helping others to understand their journey, their self, and how to heal and transform their life. Kim offers her services both online and in person and also facilitates group workshops and trainings. While she thoroughly enjoys leading local retreats her favourite retreat to guide people through life changing experiences is the annual Thailand retreat.
