any extra costs for activities you choose to do. Do as many or as few as you want. Everything is fairly in expensive there.
Tourist Visa application - this was brought in AFTER this years retreat but I believe is a minimal cost.
The reason food is NOT included is so people aren't limited to eating at one specific place, there are SO MANY OPTIONS, and every has different preferences and food is also every inexpensive there, or can be depending on your choices.
Taxi to hotel upon your arrival and back to airport for your departure. (some may be travelling together and can split cost, it is minimal and a 10 - 15 min ride to hotel)
If you want to come earlier/stay longer, I can help book extra hotel nights for you.

Want to add Cambodia to your trip and tour Angkor Wat?
Add an extra $700+gst - this covers hotel nights in Cambodia and flight from Cambodia to Chiang Mai. Plan to arrive in Siem Reap Mar 11 and we would fly to Chiang Mai Mar 14. This would also include hotel in Chiang Mai for the 14.
If adding Cambodia to your trip you would book to separate flights a one way flight to Siem Reap and a separate flight home from Chiang Mai.
Once your deposit is in, Kim will contact you to see if you are interested in Cambodia and can also help with any other bookings you might need help with.
A Facebook group is always created where more info is posted to help prep people for this incredible journey.
