Working with Kim has been a key component in my journey towards improved mental health and overall well-being. Learning to manage my emotions and stress levels has been a gift I’ve given myself. I learned to prioritize my own needs, so that I could show up being more fully present for others.
I have completed the 8 week Grief Recovery Course as well as the 4 week Helping Children with Loss program. Both courses are well worth the investment. I learned about what grief looks like and how I can, very methodically, work my way through it towards completion. Completing my grief has brought me a sense of freedom and optimism for my future.
I have also booked many Reiki sessions with Kim, which always leave me feeling more balanced and in alignment. In addition, Kim offers meditations which have helped me to develop a greater sense of awareness and have kept me focused on my path towards self enlightenment.

My Name is CJ and I first met Kim while I was attending treatment for addiction
at Poundmakers Lodge in St. Albert AB in January of 2020. She has always
had a warm nurturing glow and way about her.
By making the decision to take this course I
learned that I would find relief from my pain by making a specific set of, direct
and deliberate number of correct actions in the right order and I too could
recover from any loss big or small. I also learned that grief isn’t just associated
with death. Grief and the emotions around it can be felt from kinds of different
types of losses. I learned that my sad or “negative” feelings were okay and
validated because they were real and mine and they were meaningful. I
learned about all the myths and lies society or even our loved ones have
taught us and all the incorrect or mislead energy releasing techniques I used
to use to try and make myself feel better. Most importantly I learned that I
could essentially “get over” any and all of my painful emotions sooner than
later and that it wasn’t just time that I needed at all. I needed a better way! I
learnt how to complete my pain. And Kim and the Grief Recovery method
helped me get there a whole lot faster.
I would recommend Kim and the grief recovery method to anyone who is
suffering from the painful emotions associated with a loss of any magnitude. I
cannot say enough about Kim as a person and a healer. I am very fortunate
that God has put her on my path.

"When I decide to take part in the Grief Recovery Program, I knew I had some grieving to do with my mother( who is alive). As the program went along it was obvious that I needed to work with an other grieving person ( who is also alive). The process was demanding but even as I have French as a first language, I was able to finish the program.
