About Cacao Ceremonies
Plant medicine is drawing the attention of many these days! While some plant medicine ceremonies are illegal in Canada, this one is not!
Cacao is packed full of vitamins and minerals and increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal, detoxify and to give your immune system a good boost. The experience of raw chocolate within a cacao ceremony can also assist in energetic healing and gaining clarity in the areas of love, purpose, intuitive abilities, career and personal growth.
Cacao ceremonies can be held for a variety of celebrations as well as for specific healing. Weddings, Birthdays, Opening of a new Business.
Throughout history, the spirit of Cacao has been associated with fertility, motherhood and abundance. Until today, Cacao is being offered in major rites of passage and ceremonies intended to awaken the fertility of the land.
I am holding a Cacao Ceremony at the Sept Retreat and will also be hosting a few through the summer.
I will be combing this with meditation and at times yoga and I will also at times combine it with a “Wish workshop” which is a powerful manifesting Practice.

During this 90 min Session, in the Zen Den in South Edmonton, you will be guided through a grounding and surrendering meditation. We will work with spirit to clear stuck emotional energy, release past traumas and grief and then move into the Cacao Ceremony. Once the cacao has been consumed you will enjoy a relaxing Reiki session (with crystals and Ancient Egyptian Energy Healing). The session will close with some intuitive messages.
